Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to build a business with sitebuilder.me.

Last updated: 28 June 2026.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our marketing site and product, and we treat accessibility issues as real bugs to be fixed.

What we do

  • Body text is set at a comfortable size and line height for readability.
  • Color combinations are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
  • Every interactive element has a visible keyboard focus state.
  • A "skip to main content" link is the first thing keyboard users reach.
  • Images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Animations are reduced or removed when your device requests reduced motion.
  • The site is structured with proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it.

Ongoing work

No website is ever perfectly accessible, and we are always improving. We test with keyboards and screen readers, and we welcome reports of anything that gets in your way.

Need a different format?

If you encounter a barrier, or you need information in an alternative format, please tell us. We will do our best to help and to fix the underlying issue.

Contact

Report an accessibility issue through the contact page. Tell us the page, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using, and we will follow up.
